Sally Gardiner

Inspired by a life long love affair with the countryside and living on a farm just outside of Bath, Sally is offered ample opportunity to engage and create the characteristics of wild, farm and domestic animals she encounters. Hares are a particular favourite of hers and she loves studying them in the fields around the farm.
All Sally’s pieces are individually hand built using stoneware clay. They are fired twice and she uses slips, glazes and oxides before a final firing of 1260 degrees.
Sally gained a BA [Hons] in Three Dimensional Design : Ceramics at Bath Spa University.

I make ceramics in my studio at the farm, you can view my work there but please contact to check availability to visit to view.
Payments for my work can be made by cash , BACS or card.
Photos below are representative of what is available but there is a larger, more varied selection in my studio, including cows, sheep and dogs.
I also do commissions .
Work can be posted [p&p by arrangement ] or collected from the studio.
