My commercial experience is in hand painted sign work and interior design but that was a long time ago.
My current work is mainly in water colour and mixed media with the occasional oil. My subject matter is all around me in nature. Having been shielded during lock down I have used our garden as inspiration and set myself a target to create a series often paintings produced plein air. So far I have completed six but will have all ten available for the art trail. In addition to paintings I make a small number of sculpture figures in liquid copper resin plus hand painted cards. All the work for sale is original as I do not have prints made of my work. |
