Rockaway Park
Rockaway Park is home to a continually expanding community of creativity and grass-roots culture, set in a disused quarry. With artists’ studios, a Community Forest Garden, vegan café, music venue, rehearsal studio, sculpture park, School of Curiosity, creative workshops, plus regular art and music events, our mission is to build a fairer, kinder, safer world through engagement with ethical/sustainable practice in the arts, culture and environment. An array of artworks will be on display by members of our diverse and talented community, including graffiti art, sculpture and paintings.
Rockaway's vegan cafe serves delicious home-cooked food that's either grown in our Community Forest Garden or ethically sourced. Over the weekend, the cafe will be serving hot lunches, savoury snacks and cakes, plus hot and cold drinks.
